Your average but fun and social dive in Mission Beach. Alex was great pouring drinks all night on football night. Inexpensive drinks. Wish there was music playing, though. Regardless, a cool little spot to grab a drink.

My group comes here every year on our vacation and have a blast. It's a great place to get a drink and hangout. My favorite days are bingo and dueling pianos.

I’m talking that perfect pour, with the right amount of head, served at the perfect temperature, and it’s always consistent. You know the kind that just hits different? That’s the Beachcomber’s Guinness. The crowd is an eclectic mix of locals and wanderers, and the atmosphere feels like a perfect blend of easygoing California beach vibes and old-school dive bar charm. Whether you’re here to play some pool or just sit at the bar and watch the world go by, this is a spot where everyone can kick back and enjoy themselves. Also, the Beachcomber has that intangible thing—soul. It’s not trying to be anything it’s not. It’s not about pretentious cocktails or trendy décor. It’s about good times, cold drinks, and a place that feels like home. So, if you want to skip the crowded, overpriced spots down the street and enjoy a real slice of Mission Beach history, this is your place. Can’t recommend it enough. Just don’t forget to tip the bartenders—they’re the heart and soul of this place.

The Bar had ok music (ok this is of course a personal opinion) However, the bouncer was unfriendly a bit aggressiv and seemed to be a bit incompetent.

Great bar. Just a cool place to hang out. Beer is cheap compared to other places.

Great service and great prices. Atmosphere was a younger crowd on a friday night but very fun. One of the only places that is open really late and is fun. Would be the first place to go after misson and belmont park bars close.

Nice dive but advertised karaoke On Wednesdays @ 9 and no such activities were happening.
